Our Mission
E & M Machine is
a company that will strive to excel in the business of machine part design and
precision manufacturing. What makes E & M Machine different and special
is that E & M Machine provides better designs, better quality and faster
production of manufactured parts. In addition, E & M Machine
assists customers with cost savings. We work closely with our customers to
continually improve the designs and quality of their products.
Company Profile
E & M Machine
started operation during April 2004 in Grantsburg, Wisconsin by owners Bill
Erickson & Mike Myers. Bill has been in the manufacturing industry for
thirty years. Bill has a variety of experiences operating both manual
and CNC equipment, combining the use of old world skills with state of the art
technology. Mike has been in the manufacturing industry for the past
twenty-one
years. Mike's main focus is on engineering and computer numerical control (CNC)
programming of machine tools for the production for a variety of products.
The
inspiration for the company was the realization that there is a need for a
company that can provide quality parts with faster lead times at cost savings
for customers. Quality is always our highest priority. We are also
particularly proud of the fact that we will strive to manufacture our customers
parts to be defect-free, to be done in the shortest lead times possible and to
be delivered 100% on schedule. In May of 2008 we moved into a new 4000
square feet manufacturing facility enabling us to expand our operation to it’s
current capacity.
